Refunds and Returns

Refunds

We accept returns on UNOPENED products within 14 days of delivery.

To initiate your return, please email SUPPORT@ZUZUFEED.com for a return shipping label.

The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If the returned product hasn't been shipped back to us within 30 days of issuing the return, we will close out the return and your order will no longer be eligible.

We can only accept returns for products directly purchased through ZUZUFEED.com.

Report Order Problem

If your order is missing a product, contains a damaged item, or other concern, please contact us at SUPPORT@ZUZUFEED.com and we will resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Order Status

We process orders Monday through Friday in the order in which they are received. Orders placed after 4:00PM CST will not be processed until the next business day.

If you want to check the status of your order, please use the tracking number included in your shipping confirmation email. If you have questions about your order, please email us at SUPPORT@ZUZUFEED.com.

Shipping Methods

Our orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Expect 1-2 business days for processing). We use a variety of standard shipping carriers. We kindly ask that you anticipate 3-5 business days for standard shipping. Standard Shipping Charges apply.

Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and the US Virgin Islands can take 4-6 additional days. Please select the shipping option that best suits your delivery needs during checkout.

We do not ship outside the U.S. at this time.
